During the initial consultation, an immigration attorney will listen to and analyze your problems and concerns and explain the legal options available to you, including the advantages and disadvantages of each option, and present possible strategies for your case. Consult with an Immigration Attorney

What is a consultation?
A consultation is a cost-effective way to receive a professional evaluation of your situation and to determine your immigration options without committing to an ongoing client-attorney relationship. During the initial consultation, an immigration attorney will listen to and analyze your problems and concerns and explain the legal options available to you, including the advantages and disadvantages of each option, and present possible strategies for your case. The consultation includes an evaluation of the specific facts and circumstances of your case, as well as limited document review. We prefer to receive documents before the consultation takes place. For more extensive document review and for most criminal matters, additional research fees will apply.

Payment
The cost of a hour long, in-person consultation is $250 USD. You can pay for your consultation very easily through our Payment page, accessible through the My Account menu above. You can also pay for your in-person consultation at the beginning of the meeting.
If you choose to retain our services, we credit the $250 consultation fee toward any related work that we may do for you in the future.

Preparing for your consultation
Our ability to provide you with an immigration strategy is strongly affected by the completeness and accuracy of the information and documents that you provide to us. We request clear copies of all relevant materials related to your immigration matter. Depending on the nature of your case, these may include visas, birth and marriage certificates, previously submitted immigration forms, criminal records, business licenses and certifications for all parties involved in the immigration matter. We prefer to receive these documents before your consultation takes place.

Questions?
If you have any questions for our firm before your consultation, feel free to give us a call or submit a question.

Languages
For those who are not comfortable conversing in English, an interpreter may be available to be scheduled for in-person consultations. Interpretation availability is determined by the language needed and the office location the consultation is taking place in. Please inquire.

After your consultation
A consultation with our firm is a stand-alone event, and does not signify an ongoing client-attorney relationship. If you decide that you would like to have our firm represent you on an ongoing basis we will provide you with a legal services contract to retain our firm. In this case, the $200 consultation cost will be credited back against your future legal fees.
